Scouts attending Philmont this summer must attend the Spring Bivouac at Hamman Scout Camp, located 8 mi. SW of Bandera, for a weekend training hike April 11-13. We will leave from St. Laurence at 5:30 PM on Friday, April 11^th. Permission forms will be e-mailed soon and will be available at the Troop meeting on April 7^th.
