for purposes of transportation, health, and safety.
- All parents are members of the Troop committee
- Parents are welcome at all Troop functions.
- Goal for all scouts: achieve First Class rank in the first year.
- Scouts set their own pace after that.
- All Eagle-required badges are offered at least once every three years,
either through the Troop or through the district or council.
